Great experience so far, I especially like the filtering option thanks to the people tagging feature. I would love to be able to turn a managed member into an active member for instance with kids, when they're young they are managed and later on you want them to manage their own photos. Other nice add would be the ordering of the members as you like, auto tagging photos, a share via button (like Whatsapp, email), and select multiple photos to download.

Update: after 4 emails back and forth, they have fixed the problem with a new release. Now I can see the photos of my grandson... so I'm much happier... ************ Previous error: constantly get a message saying "something went wrong try again later". no response from support in over a week..

Please consider adding gallery view As well! 😍 I love the timeline layout, it's really cute and fun to scroll through BUT it takes ages to browse through loads of photos. 😵 If gallery view was an option to browse through right next to 'timeline' that would be perfect! It's literally the only reason 'the family album app' is easier for us, we take so many photos! 😱 BUT I will say, the Momatu app is compatible with a lot more older devices than 'Family Album App', win for grandparents! 👌

I don't even know why this is on the market. It won't allow you to delete the app it sends you to 'support' on twitter but it's not even a message. Essentially you're just placing your email and first and last name into a tweet on your timeline publicly (or visible to whomever is on your settings). No username or anything. Be warned. This is probably spyware. I only ended up downloading because of a game I played. Edit: just to be clear, deleting the app does NOT delete the account.

Excellent app, nonexistent support. I've messaged support once for a question, and three times for glitches or concerns I've had with the app and never once heard back. Luckily the glitches resolved themselves or I figured it out but my question is still unanswered from March 2021 (writing this in October 21). Shouldn't even offer an option for support if you aren't going to respond.

I can share photos of my babies with family easily. Much better than trying to keep up with sending in texts etc. I like that I have all of my favorite photos and videos in one place. It makes people who can't see my babies often feel closer to them because of the videos they see as they develop.

Wow. Amazing customer service, I have to say the fastest and most personable customer service I've ever received. The app itself is amazing, as a first time mom I have been working on my baby boys timeline. I had an issue and sent an email within the day I received a response. Im so happy to be able to know my sons timeline is in such amazing hands.

The app is really amazing.. But one thing i wanna add is to integrate the lock feature it may be pattern,pin or password. So that there is no chance that anyone can acces your privacy..
