Was really loving this app until my nest camera that I just won no longer shows up on my rewards. It was the final week of the "mission" that I won this and now it's not even showing up as a pending reward. No I didn't take a screenshot because I never thought this would happen. Edit** (8/22/2024) just got a response back and the rewards are **first come first serve** apparently though I wasn't even able to claim it after I won it. 👎👎

A message to the phone itself: for pressuring me to *update" it, even though every device like this makes it worse every time I update it. It's clear that the updates are made for the newest brand. New app, new review. It is running better. Still a little slow, but manageable. Biggest problem I'm having is it won't keep me logged in. It's very annoying to have to put my password in every darn time I want to check in on the app.

Pretty good app ! As a seller it's given me many tips on how to sell motorola devices. IMO it's better than Samsung elite and the Google learn app because you actually earn points on your courses and can cash them out for meaningful items . There's always a chance you can become an expert and claim a free phone !! Who does that but motorola. Thanks you all !😄

This company I believe is the same company that makes the app for My Speck Connect. For some reason no matter what I do the courses will NOT launch on my phone. It started with my Pixel 3 XL. I hoped with my new phone (Pixel 5) it would resolve, sadly it has not. Clear Cache, Clear Data, log out and back in, uninstall and reinstall, nothing works.

If you want to keep your family safe? Then don't buy a Motorola Phone! My Motorola 2023 flip phone lasted 14 months before the screen went black because of the defective hing system in their flip phones. The silver lining is I was constantly getting dropped calls on the phone. I thought it was because the Xfinity Network was bad! I replaced the Motorola with a Samsung Galaxy and no more dropped calls. It was the phone, not the network. Motorola also has the worst customer service!

I will be contacting Motorola corprate about this . my sales were completed and approved by your company. This is classic bate and switch or if someone claims a prize and it really never existed. I have also researched and read several review of people having the same issue we're prizes that are claimed are never processed and your team says they revoke there access. this is a total scam. trust me. lawyers love going after scams. it cheaper for them to pay the prize then the lawyer fees.

not as good as the previous version. Limited trainings or challenges to earn rewards or incentives. The old program had to tier prizes and more exciting challenges that would help motivate people to do more and learn.
