App keeps crashing when you try to validate driving licence. Why even provide a service when you're incapable of developing an app? Now unable to login to the app to make a booking because the OTP isn't being sent to the email or phone and they don't have an option to provide login with a password. Most stupidly designed system. No response from customer service either when this issue is highlighted.

Worst experience with the team, Interstate tax is not paid and not informed to me while the travel which costed me 4k fine, for which the team said they will refund but no refund initiated, while I am calling them they are postponing. And the bluetooth box not working in the car whole trip we have not enjoyed. Please don't prefer My Choice, this is the worst experience I have ever had. Refund is also not initiated in time and the app doesn't work properly.

Sign up before even checking if this app can be useful to me. Wanted to check if the current area is serviceable or not. But the big-brained devs aren't having much brains and prefers losing a potential customer. No thanks, there are a lot of alternatives.

The service is very unprofessional, despite of contacting the customer care for more than 3 times there is no action from the team, it's been more than 10 working days are over after my booking but still struggling to get the refund. Everytime I call to customer care they will say your concern is raised please wait for another 2 days for invoice and after that it will take 3 days to refund. Very unprofessional service. Please do not fall for such services.

Scam rental app. I had booked a premium car (Mahindra TUV) for a day, car's axle broke down at remote location, they blamed it me, didn't come to pickup in the middle of the night, seized a my security deposit despite purchasing the rental protection insurance which clearly mentions "emergency evacuation". Untrustworthy app.

I have ever very bad experience during travel . The car's air conditioning isn't working, and the traffic police have charges challan that paper of the car aren't complete. I am unable to get in touch with customer service about AC when I try to.

I am extremely disappointed with the rigid cancellation policy of your company. The lack of flexibility and understanding is astonishing. Despite providing ample notice, I was still charged a hefty fee for cancelling my service. The policy seems to be designed to punish customers rather than accommodate their changing needs. The inflexibility and excessive penalties have left a sour taste, and I will think twice before engaging with your company again. I would not recommend your serviceto other
