Have no issues with the main part of the app, sending messages, pictures, and MPIs the main issue is the service cart feature. No Android support for service cart, current service cart on iPhones is poorly optimized. You have the choice of doing a long take (constantly pausing/unpausing) and dealing with a warning message popping up every 30 seconds preventing you from pausing/continuing, or doing several short videos. Be better off taking videos on my phone and sending them to customers.

App will crash, freeze, not upload pictures, send black video with audio, or send video with no audio or visuals. Keeps saying memory is full. Will randomly store inspection videos to my phone. Cannot use zoom or flashlight, cause then the video doesn't upload correctly. Cannot have other apps running or it will not upload videos correctly. Will not scan VINs at times. Overall this app sucks. Also sucks that its mandatory for my job

PLEASE add Service Cart function to the Android app. It is unusable in our use case without it and I'm basically forced into the unfortunate circumstance of having to buy an iPhone. Furthermore, constant issues of videos not being uploaded. Not being sent to customers, etc. As something that's mandatory and costing us money, it's extremely frustrating.

Latest update broke all features. Can not view or send messages, can not do walk-around videos. Using this app is mandatory with my job and not being able to use it is costing money. Another thing that does not work. The desktop app does not recognize any videos I take, and I get constantly spoken to by management about not taking videos when I take them on every car. This app and company is a disgrace.

Switched to android from my iPhone because this app kept crashing on IOS. As soon as I got my new galaxy s20 I encountered the same issues. This app is constantly crashing. You have to leave it open and cannot use other apps. Zooming in will cause it to crash. Turning your flashlight on will cause it to crash. In general a terrible experience on both Android and IOS

Using on android S20 and is mandatory for work. No service cart available. I cannot upload videos or pictures to desktop app. Qr code doesnt work either. Coworkers are experiencing same issue with both ios and android. Some phones are able to download a version that has service cart and some cant. Theres seems to be no correlation to android software build or ios.

This app does not send videos, can not change the zoom of pictures and had trash support. Lazy team. not worth it.

This app is about as good as a half-bake high school computer science project.... God for bid you change your password because you'll have to uninstall and reinstall this app. Not to mention The lack of features compared to the iPhone app. Because "there are too many different Android phones which makes developing an Android app harder" probably the laziest excuse for a "professional" product. Just stop with the excuses and make this app better!!!
