The app is so unpredictable with my android phone. Sometimes I spend up to 20 mins trying to connect and not always it gets connected. Connection drops mid workout. there are times when I exercise without the app and it take more than a day to get the saved workout from my M8 to be synced to the app. The workouts in the app are too simple and there should be a way to customise workouts within the app, example customised HIIT style workouts (on top of the 14 and 21 mins built-in programs).

I just want the basic stuff - I don't want all the graphics, etc. I went into manual mode so that I could see the stats as I ride. I clicked into "settings." Unbelievable you can't get out of that screen when you're finished. You have to quit the app and then go back in. You can't call them for support. Also, on their voice greeting (which hangs up on you), they refer to problems as "issues." Dumb.

the workouts are great, and there are a lot. the only issue I have so far is when you go through the assessment workout the program does not give you time to settle into a cadence that matches their meter so it determines that you can't continue at 50 to 90% of your max for very long.

Very limited functions on this app. Video playback is horrible. It's missing double tap to skip ahead/rewind. Fullscreen mode only crops the video to the middle. No search by keywords. No video timestamps on what's coming next. Just copy YouTube's player and you're good.

Has potential, but needs work. Why can't a family member create a profile right from the main screen rather than send out an invite to their email ?? And then it's very difficult to change to a family members' profile from the main JRNY screen on a Bowflex Treadmill 22 once the invite is accepted. You can't even see their profile ! Created the JRNY account with a non Google email account, but to pay for the membership, I was forced to use a Gmail account. Why ??

The app won't open. When I run it, it tells me there's an update available. OK. When I attempt to update, there is no update available. OK. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issue. Not cool considering I now pay for the app.

It's weird. you have to pay for premium service to be able to access your netflix account. I would figure buying a 3k machine, I would just have access to my other streaming services.

This app needs organization and a divide between upper and lower body exercises. Theres no clear description under each video if we're working the top or bottom of the body but it seems most are aimed at the legs... DO better bowflex.
