Only perk is gives quick access to insurance card. App can't even pull up correct drug when I type in NDC, and I always get the "Error Unable to retrieve information at this time" code when trying to find cost, pharmacy for prescriptions.

Had a previous version of the app. Worked great! Update happened and I was unable to log in. The Navitus folks reached out to me for more information and were able to find the issue and help me correct it. GREAT SERVICE!

On Google pixel 6 always get error when clicking on cost. Says to retry again later. Days and days have gone by with no resolution. Under "my profile" anything I click on just sits there and circles like it's thinking but results in absolutely nothing.

SUCKS! Despite my credentials being 100% accurate, this app doesn't work. There isn't an option for ZERO stars otherwise that's what the rating should be. No one at the support number when you call either.

The functionality of the app is way better than the website. But as far as I can tell you have to log into an account for each dependent to see prescription information. This is unhelpful for minor children-that should show up for the account holder at least. Really, all dependent meds should show for the account holder.

This app SUCKS. Half the medication you look for can't be found. The MG is wrong and can't be changed. Or the qty can't be changed. ANNOYING. I have to call to find out more than I can use this stupid app. CVS Caremark was MUCH better. Sadly, I didnt get a say in the change.

even after registering online the app says it can't login. And I had to register on the website instead of the app because the app would never work when you hit Confirm to to register your info. What a joke of an app
