"Our system is experiencing a temporary issue. Please try again later." This is the new message after login. Uninstall/reinstall does not fix. I have been trying this app since June 2023, is it ever going to connect with FPL again or should I just uninstall and forget about it? SM-G998U Android 14 not running Developer Options.

Despite paying my bill on day x via the app, fpl likes to actually take it out several days after the fact and sometimes it bounces, my bank charges me, fpl charges me and then-this is the best part- after this happens, fpl won't let me pay from the app again until being redirected to their site and putting "new" payment info in. Idk why. Do yourself a favor, pay your bill in a way where you know, when it says "payment successful," you KNOW that they *ACTUALLY* took the payment

Smooth app, really easy to use, I like the analytic features. Makes it easy to figure out how much I spent in a year. The reason I have to deduct some stars is that they make it very difficult to pay by credit card and speedpay is trash. I've never been able to get speed pay to remember my sign in and if you forget your security question, there is no tech support. You have to start a new email and a new account if you want speed pay to remember anything. MAKE IT EASIER TO PAY BY CARD.

Very handy app to manage use. I use it daily, and it does show me daily consumption. I prefer to direct manage the larger loads manually, not by automation. That translates to daily monitoring, not set and forget. This app is not an instant fix, it's more of a guide. It takes time to interpret the results to change your usage. The more you understand the loads and timing patterns, the better you can manage the use.

Doesn't have speed pay connected to the app and it doesn't allow you on the app or online to opt out of paper billing once you opt in your pretty much stuck there and would have to call the office and wait on hold just to come up off of it...I don't like being forced to do something one way when the company has other options make the app easier to use and navigate when it comes to paying and opting out of situations we don't no longer need

FPL Our system is experiencing a temporary issue. Please try again later. With and without developer mode on. On Pixel 6a Android 14 & 15 and Samsung 24 Ultra Android 14. The app is useless! On top of that no 2FAS!!!

It Stinks, no confirmation receive my outage or that it was even recorded. Or an estimated when might be restored? Worse than the old way and Less information, you people are going backwards as far as reliable information when outages occur and we need updates more often than 8 hour intervals, REALLY PEOPLE!

I see your recent update change to the app (9/5/24) now makes it impossible to retract a mistake on payment button! NORMALLY, and prior to this update, a second screen, if I recall, would ask for confirmation of this amount prior to final submission. Removal of that page doesn't allow one to change a decision. Not good
