Love the mix of articles and covering items others seem to overlook. And so far coverage seems to follow their tagline, Unbiased. However.... The app continues to have massive lag issues every time I use it. Whether I’m scrolling the main news feed page or individual articles, the app will freeze, then suddenly zoom along past where I've scrolled. And if there is a video at the top of the article it gets worse, sometimes crashing the app entirely. Running OS 13 on Note20 5G

Great reporting. The app is okay. I'd like to see video load times decreased significantly. I'd like to have more control over auto playing videos. I'd like more control over closing a video (and keeping it closed) as I read an article. I'd like the app to crash less (never). Oh and I'd like them to work on their android notification types so I can mute the ones I don't want more effectively. Update: The ad implementation is ruining this app.

I have used this app since News Nation began and have loved it for its balanced content. I have felt that the news is presented fairly and objectively. However, in the last few weeks the app has been freezing making morning news reading quite frustrating. I have had to force stop the app in order to open it again to finish reading. I don't know if there was an update to the app that has caused the change or what the issue is but it needs to be fixed!

Love the idea behind the app but this is about the app. The app itself is very good but I did need to turn off notifications. New content was arriving frequently and I didn't see a way to prioritize notifications for specific content type. The fixed menu along the bottom to easily move between categories and the search function in easy reach at the top are both excellent features and very well placed for those of us holding lunch / beverage in one hand and reading with the other.

Installed app and declared which cable provider I use, and the listen tab works for ~90 seconds before freezing. The only way yo unfreeze is to exit and reload the app. The antithesis of a useful app. I generally like the NN content and would use it during my workouts but it's proven worthless in this regard. Presently listening to both Fox and CNN to try to obtain a balance. A poor second choice but only option at present.

Update: Looking at reviews from over 3 years ago. Apparently the operators of NN have no desire or ability to correct known, continuous issues. I have to remove this app. It's so slow and glitchy that it's virtually unusable. Feels like an amateur made/maintains the app. Unfortunate. Sluggish. Pages load and responds slowly.

Meh... kinda janky... Live TV crashes after sign in with cable provider. Other stuff works but its laggy and non-responsive. No list of entire shows you can watch. Just cuts. If it weren't for Cuomo and Abrams on this news outlet I wouldn't be using it, the app is fairly poor, and they are missing a lot of things other news outlets have like podcasts, expansive in-depth interviews, etc.

5 star content 1 star app. The scrolling is jerky on the home page (with all the pictures) which gives it an unpleasant feel. When I tapped on a notification that took me to an article (about bipartisan cooperation in congress - 5 stars for that) the article had lots of white space like stuff was missing and when I scrolled down to continue reading there was nothing there, but then something would appear later. I suspect the app is not using window.requestAnimationFrame() for scrolling.
