The app crashes every time I try to save my card. I have the S23 Ultra so I know it isn't my phone that's the problem. I, like many other reviews, have noticed the decline in app performance and quality for Android phones. I cant even create a digital card. This is just another app that discriminates against Android users. It works perfectly if you have an iPhone.

I frankly like the service. I've been using it for some years now. I switched from Pro to free version a few months ago because I no longer needed the full service. However, since then, they've added a new paid service, Pro+. I guess it may makes sense to add a new service instead of raising prices for the Pro version. BUT what truly disappoints me is that they are taking away from the free service more and more each time. I won't be replacing my physical Popl card yet, but I am disappointed.

The app serves no purpose and does not even work. After installation, I had to save the same colleague's contact info TWICE ... AND it kept nagging me with annoying and USELESS photo capchas (WHY?? it's on my frigging PHONE for crying all night! Programmers don't relate to humanity ...) And, the Support button is non-functional. Don't bother with Popl.

frustrating, newer android. did not have app. before. someone had me scan their popl card. i downloaded app. clicked the link on the popl card, no contact info. when I try texting the persons # I get a reply from popl to press the link. I've tried to access support in the app and I get nowhere. in the app I often get money extortion (not really, but they are keen on getting $$ out of you but not helping) request from popl.

I set it up online download the app and it when I click on it. it's just white. so I delete it and download it again. and it just white blank screen again. I tried a few times and it does not work. too bad sound like a good idea. but they need to work out the app. kind of useless without the app. done wasting my time on it.

Terrible app. App forces foreground interaction and will not allow closing. Can't leave the app via the app switcher either. I had to restart my phone to close it.

it's a great item to use to help you keep all your business accounts separate and easy access it makes it to talk to potential clients that much easier.

10/24 I was sent a card by someone else & then created a card to try the seemingly platform. I NEVER signed up for a trial subscription nor did I continue to use it. When I saw they charged me 83.34 in Jan I immediately cancelled. I asked for a refund & they DID not refund me or even prorate the remaining 9 months. I find the way they sneak a trial in very tricky & feel they should have done a better job crediting back once it was apprent that I never ordered nor wanted their service.
