Normally, a pretty functional app, and handy to use when you're not at the office. Of late though (for me, over the last week or so), it is failing to load past the authentication screen. It just sits on a blue screen doing nothing. I thought maybe an update was needed at first, but no updates are showing, so it seems I have the latest version. I'll update the rating once the issue is resolved.

I want to leave a good review because I love the ease of access of being able to see my schedule. but like other people I'm seeing here, it fails to load past the biometric screen. It doesn't even function so im not able to use it as it's intended. so.. 10 out of 10 for the app when it works. but it doesn't work... so 1 out of 10.

When we first got access about 3-4 yrs ago, it worked flawlessly. But over the past 6 months, it's buggy crazy. If I ever I want to use it, I have to unistall and reinstall everytime. I load it up and it just spins, eventually it stops, but I'm met with a blank white screen. I can't even log in or use biometrics.

Worthless!!! Use this app for work and it is the worst application ever. Notifications do not come up correctly even when you have a notification pop up on the phone. You tap to open it up and it locks up immediately every single time and the main program and mainframe itself stays offline much more than it should ever be. It will not keep you logged on even when you select for it to. Not recommended. Reinstall is useless. NICE, don't bother responding. Put the effort into fixing your systems.

This app is so buggy. Every other day, I have to uninstall it and reinstall to get it to open. And, the program is so inflexible about inputting hours. Also, it will show availability for time off, but then pops up a message telling you staffing conditions have changed, refresh, and try again. So, you do refresh, but it just keeps saying that.

FRUSTRATING! This app has a lot of problems! Sometimes I can't even log in, I get messages that repeatedly say the page is expired or service unavailable. Also when vto is supposedly available the app either starts freezing or if by some miracle it comes up when you try to submit for it I get a message that says an error occurred or staffing conditions have changed and the vto is gone when I refresh it.

10/30/2023 - Adding on here that it's nothing but a blank screen and can not even access my schedule, been this way for about 3 weeks now. It is a great option for work and adjusting my schedule, but that's only when it's cooperative. There are days when I've selected time slots to take off or select overtime and it pops up with an error when you click "submit". Have to keep trying several times. Few bugs need to be fixed, but it is nice.

The desktop application is okay, though I much prefer NICE over EEM. The app is nearly useless. I'm not sure if it's that EEM can't handle the size of my organization, but when trying to submit for OT/VTO the app will lag, freeze, or often simply crash. And I then miss the opportunity that was offered. It doesn't seem to be able to handle the number of people submitting requests or refreshing the app. I have other gripes as well but this is the worst.
