Took my first ride on the app yesterday. 1. On the rides, co-riders kept asking the cab to come to their home instead of the nodal point on the route. These detours delayed the commute both ways. 2. On the home drop, the driver refused to switch on the ac and even the fan citing some lame excuse about it not working. Sitting in the city pollution for 2 hrs was horrible. 3. Home drop route was very circuitous. 3. Their WhatsApp business number did not bother responding to the feedback.

Very Unreliable... Works in limited area and still is unclear of regular congestion in operates. No backup vehicles for uncertainty. Don't rely on it for office travel. You will definitely be late. Highly unreliable

Highly unrealible, leave you on highway, multiple times. Driver switch off phone as well, contact staff also helpless, keep saying 10 more minutes, it 40 minutes on ring Road, still no clue.

Fix the frontend issues first, you can't even register. Very poorly designed, it lags, issues while searching address. When you find the address you can't add then start the whole process again and again. Not well tested before releasing this

The app has full of bugs. Not a good user interface. They are asking about office details instead of office location. And entering manualluly is too hectic. Please fix all the basic things of the app.
