The ring has several issues in syncing, tracking, and charging. It has so much potential but even the replacement ring is showing its own series of problems... The app could use more visuals and videos in terms of troubleshooting and how to perform a hardreset. Communication with the Noise Customer Service is here and there, they have multiple emails for help and it gets confusing but then they stop responding until you email their other email.

Im disappointed in this product. They totally misrepresented their data storage. I bought this so that I would have raw data. It's useless to me b/c all the data is averaged. Then averaged again. And again. Despite the fact I move every hour, this stupid thing tells me I haven't moved in 16 hours. It tells me how lazy I am - even when it knows I was asleep. Device options must have been designed by men. Company said they would call me back but never did. Can't post in Beta testing group

Simply horrible. One of my worst decisions to buy this product. I was very impressed with the initial packaging and experience but the product itself has more bugs and issues than any other product I have experienced. 1. The Bluetooth will automatically disconnect 2. The ring will stop charging at its own convenience 3. The tracking is so far quite accurate but there were bugs in between where it started getting messed up. Resolved after raising to support but old data was not corrected.

Revised rating from 2 to 5. Reason: Addition of new features, software bugs down ~95%. Can't write a lengthy review because of word limit. Old: Where's the Blood Oxygen metric? Why can't I interact with the heat rate graph, or any graphs for that matter, I can't see values values at a given point in time. I can't see the heart rate graph for previous days. I think these are some basic functionalities, the software looks absolutely basic against how it's mentioned in the product description.
