This is a very good app for tracking all your kids school updates. Just one glitch I see, after updating to current version, the notifications don't pop up. It gets difficult to track all notification then. Tried reinstalling, restarting phone etc. nothing works.please rectify this. Otherwise,a very good and handy app.

I am on 1.0.40 version, which is the latest on android playstore as of Dec 5th. This app has stopped providing any notifications since 3 to 4 months. I have sent many mails to school but no update so far. This app is no use without notification as critical updates are missed and need to work in polling mode everyday.

I am on the latest app version of 1.0.40 _-------_-------------------------- No proper notifications alerts. Doesn't give proper Information on report cards

App is not updating. Update message keeps popping up in the app, but when I click on "update now", nothing happens. We are redirected to play store with 2 options, uninstall and open. When you click on open, it again displays message to update the app. Believe me, I am trying to update it.

I don't understand how big schools like NPS can work with companies like these who can't build a proper app. My phone will get all sorts of notifications but this app would never send one. Have tried changing all the settings but does not help. Most parents have posted reviews that notifications are not working but the developers won't bother to fix this. We have missed many important notifications due to this.

It does not beeps or notify for any new information added by school. User has to go inside application, to check if any new notification has arrived or not. Due to this issue, user has to open the app every now and then throughout the day to check any new message.

i have uninstalled and app and reinstalled the latest version. However whenever it keeps prompting me to update to the latest app. This is very annoying. can you please fix this and release a newer version which works well.

The app doesn't show notification in status bar.. have missed many important messages as we can't get any notification by the app about new message from the school. This issue hasn't been fixed still.
