Can't see forms or documents, have to use print offs as it won't push documents to me - which makes the whole thing redundant. Notifications come up but won't open. Again , redundant. And what's even weirder is that even though I have a child enrolled in a centre and on front page it's got his fee and attendance sessions, when I look at the children bit of the app it tells me I have none. It's a bit of a horrible app, honestly. Wish I didn't have to use it.

Terrible app. Menu items don't display properly, and seemingly cut off after a few letters, and none of the menu options even work. I can see existing bookings, but the "Make a booking" (displayed as "Make") page is just blank. Looks like it hasn't passed basic testing from a UI POV, so I dread to think what vulnerabilities it has. Was it even pen tested?/

The entire thing is almost entirely functionally useless. The booking screen loads occasionally when it feels like it. It usually takes several days to make bookings as the page will only load during some pattern of time I haven't figured out yet. Willing to try animal sacrifice at this point. The web site isn't any better so at least it's consistent.

This app takes FOREVER to load and make bookings. I just spent 30 minutes trying to make a week's worth of bookings only to find out I'd made it for the wrong service (not obvious which service I'm in on the app either), so then had to cancel my bookings and switch service 😮💨 Honestly, this app has great potential, and does the things that i want, but it's pace is infuriating. The loading screen will be in my dreams/nightmares.

Can't login just keeps telling me to reset password, but the Web page login works fine. Even after resetting password it won't work

Asks you to add document, come back disconnected, look for documents disconnected, look for information on the net to complete forms ohh look disconnected.

Please fix the apps in-session capability. Every time a user navigates away from this app to another app, on returning an error saying "internet connection is unavailable " comes up, requiring you to close the app and reopen it. This is a poor user experience and should be fixed.

Absolutely horrible to use. The most complicated and un user friendly way to enroll a kid into outside hours care. It doesn't save as it goes so when you have to move to a new app to get more irrelevant details it just takes you back to the start. Do not attempt unless you have hours spare
