What the actual fook?!?? My wife used to get on with her phone until they made her phone not compatible. I set it up on my phoneband it worked all the time. It won't load at all. We've done everything they tell you to do and then some. What she's most upset about, is the last shift she was accepted for, was on July 4th. They cancelled the shift on her and she can't get on the app. To support, y'all need to fix it, STAT! Or take yourselves off of payroll the exact time is down! DO BETTER!!!!

Problems with the app loading. There's not as many facilities on the app as there once was. They need more facilities because the ones they have have favorites and won't accept anyone new. I'm about to delete it for good if I'm not able to pick up shifts anymore. What's the point of having it if there's no work.

New update excluded the distance filter and it has made picking up shift so much harder. I keep getting locations that are 3 hours away with low pay. Which will cost much more than half or 90% of total pay to drive back and forth from the facility. With the distance filter I'm able to avoid this problem to pick up shift available in my area. However all I see right now are those long distance shift. I keep scrolling for hours on end but I never get through them.

I would not recommend this agency if you genuinely want to work. Unfortunately many of the shifts you request will not be approved and when I say never I mean NEVER! I've literally been trying to pick up for months and not one has been accepted. I'm not even picky, so therefore I request days, evenings, nights, 8s and or 12s. Distance is also not an issue, but guess what still no approval. Also the app itself is worthless. Good luck with getting notifications or even getting it to open up.

This app is impossible to use because it's ALWAYS just updating, updating, updating. I tried uninstalling and re-installing it several times with no luck. When I do get it to work, it's amazing, but I can just never get in. Please fix this so we can use the app again! I really can't wait hours every day it is updating.

So many difficulties with the app. After a shift has been approved, there's no way to cancel it if you need to. The companies never respond to the text message feature. After you have worked a shift it disappears, and you can't find it. The price changes on a job but if you already picked it up you don't get the difference in pay. I worked a shift for $22 and seen the same shift still posted for $29.07 . Pay is supposed twice a week however it takes a least a week to get paid from one shift.

It needs constant updating. The filters don't save for every shift. We don't have the ability to sort by date..which is an extremely basic feature. Instead of using app, I had to put the actual website as a bookmark I save to home screen, and use it like that. The app will shut down and fail constantly. The only thing keeping me with nursa is some shifts pay more. But really nursa, why did you get in the game without having all your ducks in a row first? Clipboard is still the most user friendly

Great service, but the app is missing a huge key feature for usability: Why doesn't it save your settings in the filter?!?!?? If you are an RN or LPN or CNA, that isn't going to change on a daily basis, so it should save that setting. Same with specialty, state, distance. Pretty much all the filter settings aside from date range should auto save so users don't have to select the same things every time we open the app. Please, please, please fix this.
