App works fine. Connected to the safe easily, and all functions worked as they should. But there is no password/fingerprint protection to block access to the app itself, so I had to uninstall it. *EDIT* reinstalled and played around with settings. There is a box labeled 'Connection Password Switch' at the bottom of the settings page. When checked, it requires your password every time the app is opened. So, I feel comfortable leaving the app on my phone now. 1 star deducted for lack of clarity.

Nope. Really wanted this to work, but the app won't see the lock, but I can clearly see it in the list of BT devices. Some people have pointed out that using the CANCEL option bypasses any sort of pin/password that the app uses and leaves the lock wide open to access by anyone using the app on a phone. Lastly, just bypassing the app all together leaves the DEFAULT PIN in place in the lock rendering it unlockable by anyone who has a working app (probably on an iPhone). The lock is solidly constructed. If you take the battery out, you can get by with just the key access on the bottom of the lock. But, anyone with a usb cable and power can just bypass the key lock and open the lock as mentioned above. I've asked for another lock or a refund via Amazon.

This app does not work as suggested. The safe itself sucks and so does this app. The number pad fell off the safe. The safe has never fell or been damaged. It just fell off when I used the biometric scanner. You have to open the safe before the app works and then it will recognize your phone. Doesn't connect without several attempts. I bought 2 of these and 1 is still working ,but the app never works correctly and sucks big time!!

While this app does work(sometimes) still needs improvement. It never stays attached to Bluetooth. Every single time after you open app you need to wait until it makes the Bluetooth connection. Adding another safe makes it even worse. Clicking on which safe you want open doesn't work. Why does the developer use a Chinese company to create, build and maintain the App???

Connected the first time no problem and it seemed to work well. The 2nd time I went to use it it asked me to reconnect to my safe by going through the set up all over again. I did, it seemed to function okay again and seemed like an anomaly. Went to use it a third time it asked me to reconnect to my safe again by going though the entire setup again. This app is useless.
A Google user
This is a finnicky app that requires suspicious permissions to use it. Why does it need my location and storage permissions? There are no features related to location or storage, so those permissions shouldn’t be required. The app also often loses connection to your Bluetooth device. It’s not great by any means. I’d give this app four stars, though, if it weren’t for the suspicious permissions, because at least it does work and has a good number of options to configure.

Works fine on my Samsung Phone. It does require the safe to be "awake" as well as Bluetooth and location being turned on the android mobile device. I wish I could use the app without physically waking up the safe so I could open from another room. Otherwise it's easier to just use the safe fingerprint scan. I would mainly use this app for changing admin settings without using the safe functionality to do so and to check who has opened my safe and when it was opened.

The default password of the 6 zeros doesn't work it. Keeps telling me to re-enter the correct information. And now that I've apparently had my phone with the app open near the lock. Now nothing works except the key. All my figure prints don't work. Admin co doesn't work, I am so irritated and so frustrated with this, it's ridiculous. This app should not even be on the market for people to use until you fix all the glitches
