It work for a few days after I download it,then the 8th day I scan 27 items and then 30 mins later it erase all my data and today it did the same thing!!!! Please fix this major promblem...

I also have an android and when pictures are taken im logged out and it doesnt record the entry. Need to fix this please.

Please increase the font size of the 'recipient name'. Allow multiple bar code scanning under one recipient name. It is very inconvenient when you have 50 envelopes going to one recipient. The signature pad should not be mandatory for submissions as mail slots, between doors, under doors etc.. can't provide signatures.Thank you Edit. After scanning 45 envelopes for one delivery. I hated it. Remove mandatory media submission. Implement multiple scans for one address. Or remove the app from store
