Since the new update this app is COMPLETELY BROKEN - galaxy s23 ultra. It reads widely off parameters, doesn't display eev percentages except on the home screen, always shows 60 alarms gor every case. It's useless. This needs to be addressed ASAP

Can not connect to controllers. As soon as controller is ready to sync app crashes. Sent multiple logs to developers. I took the 2 hour class and passed the controller test for the certification to not be able to use it. Looking at the reviews it's been this way for years and then to have tech support connect takes hours since you speak to call center and have to have tech call you back.

Still needs work... doesn't provide the info at all... does connect to case.. but won't provide the info... then when disconnect n try to reconnect... will not connect

Account needed. This is supposed to be almost necessary to work on the S3C but you have to wait for administrator approval. Not great for a field tech that needs it now
