I keep getting error message since downloading this App. I can't register and can't get access through the gate meaning delivery of items ordered online is a pain as I must go collect at the Estate gate myself. I keep emailing support but no response or whatsoever. What a bad App

Great app but I would love it if the developers could fix it that you can see all bookings made that are awaiting entrance. That it only shows the last booking is a pain. The app was fine before (I have been using it for over a year) but recently it been giving me problems. Everytime I unlock my screen it opens by it it's self to the point of being annoying. I restarted my device, even went as far and uninstalling and downloading it twice still the problem persists. This is really not fine because I need the app in order to grant my visitors access, to my place. The app has become a nuisance in my life.

I have been using this app for about 5 years. Used to worked perfectly. Recently I notice that we don't get notifications anymore when our visitor leaves the premises using the exit pin, which is a security concern of mine. We also can't send pins to contractors unless their number is saved on our contact list. For deliveries, this isn't very practical. Other than that, great app

Wonder if you can help please. I keep getting an "Internal Exception Error" when I try to access the function to open the gate. All my locations settings are enabled and I have also Uninstalled and then reinstalled the app so I'm sure I have the updated version. How can I fix this please?

Can't do bookings at all. It won't allow me. Uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times. Still problem persist. After reinstalling, it says 'registration exception-please try again'. Now I cant grant my visitors access. This is very inconvenient.

App closes and opens itself on my phone, it malfunction completely. Cant do anything on my phone, as soon as I open anything or go onto the net the openitem access control app opens and closes repeatedly.

Too many bugs in the app. The app opens itself, downloads files everytime it opens and continues to force open and require the user guide to be viewed and saved. Having to I install and reinstall every usage.
