It's struggles to sync and requires you to login about 5 times. I'll update this with the ongoing glitch that a few days later seems to have the same issue...3 times it makes me log in. Then throws an error code. Honestly, it's gotten worse. There is a temporary error with open air servers. So, I'm dropping this from 3 stars to 2 stars. Eventually, I would think zero stars.

The UI is relatively intuitive, but you can't see your aggregate hours over a given time period and have to calculate it by hand, which is frustrating for daily timesheets. Also, it's expected that I'll get: "synchronization error", "unexpected error, contact developer", AND "invalid refresh token" before being whisked away to a website that doesn't remember my password or let me use the biometrics I set up so that I don't have to enter something that long on my phone daily.

Terrible app. Won't stay signed in on SSO for more than about 15 minutes even though I select "stay logged in" when I sign in. When it does a sync it makes a noise that sounds like many text messages arriving at the same time, none of which are helpful at all. I've used Android permissions to remove the apps ability to make a noise. I have reported these issues to our support team, as have many others in the company, but I don't know if they'll raise the issue with OpenAir / Oracle. In general use the app is adequate. It wants to refresh from the server constantly, and slowly. The UI is rather clumsy.

Don't even know what it is syncing but takes longer than is necessary. Adding receipts you have to enter every field otherwise it doesn't save, even if you don't want to submit it. Then you have to sync everything (not just what you updated) again to make sure your changes appear in the web version. The idea of an app is to make you more efficient, this one tells you not to bother till you are infront of a computer. Poor

Worst app ever! Rarely can I actually sign in. Most the time I get a synchronization error which kicks me out of the app. Then it puts a notification that I cannot remove from my notification list unless I restart my phone. When I am able to actually log in to fill in a timesheet the inputs are very unintuitive. Often it will fail to add entries and when it actually does it will duplicate them. Ultimately, it is just faster to find a computer and do your time and expense from the web app.

Once it eventually finishes syncing it works for me, slowly. Don't expect to do a quick update, Oracle don't seem to do quick, and they're still not very good at UI/UX either. But the UI has improved over the last year. And the speed has improved to slow.

Unbelievable for an enterprise app. Third version I've tried in a year. Still horribly slow, requires fields that aren't even available in web version (customer location on timesheet) and provides an empty list where there's nothing to select so you can't complete required fields and can't save changes. Unreal!

Browser version works great. App is awful. It takes forever to update my open, submitted, and approved time and expenses even when i know they have already been approved. The app will not allow me to create a new expense report at all. It keeps giving a notification that my selected period is closed which is impossible.
