App no longer functions. On IOS, the app was taken down from public listings, showing that they discontinued it, and if you still have the app installed, it’ll give you an error saying it cannot connect to the servers, cementing that fact. However, on here, the app is still available to download, while still giving the same “cannot communicate with the server” error, just like the IOS version, just without being taken down from the store. Don’t use it, order in store.

Very poor app design. No descriptions on anything, apparently it's a secret. So if something is seasonal or new and you can't tell what's it in by the name, you can't see what's in it at all. There's also no way to tell calories/sugar/caffeine amounts. Its a terrible app with a terrible design and terrible interface. Please for the love of God fix the app to match the awesome company it represents!

I wanted to order a coffee through this app, and it keeps on saying, "Unable to communicate with the server. Check your internet connection". I have no issues with other apps or online. My internet connection was fine.

Love the coffee and the look of the app! A suggestion for those of us with allergies (common or unusual): please add a full ingredients list to your app so we can order ahead and not hold up the line going into the store asking questions. Check out the green competition's app. I'd rather shop your coffee experience but am limited even to the ingredients in your flavors and sweeteners as I don't know if they have my weird allergy amongst them.

Unusable. Downloaded app, and it always states unable to communicate with server. Check internet connection. My internet connection is fine, so there is a serious issue with the app.

Designed for a barista and not very user friendly. Locks and crashes more than anything. Doesn't offer a simple menu where you can simply order a large white chocolate mocha. You have to select number of syrup pumps as well as shots.

Unable to use, says it can't connect. I downloaded their other app thinking you need both. still doesn't work. I really enjoy their coffee.
