A great database of generous, life changing resources. However, as the app is very buggy, it is completely unusable. Force crashing, black screen, logging out, videos and timers not loading, narration out of time. Also, it would be great if you could edit a previous day - ie manual entry for yesterday's exercises. Otherwise, it is amazing and I wish I could actually use it. Like many others, I'm sure, I'd pay for a one-off premium version, if it worked.

I like the app and what it offers. There are 2 major things that I see having rook to improve. Often the app somehow looses connectivity and totally stops and resets the exercise one is doing. It should be possible to skip exercises forward to resume a session. The interface differs a bit between different exercises and makes it confusing to find the instructions for what one needs to do. I think the app could do well with a UX review.

This app is a game-changer for me. First of all, the basic principle that breathing less is actually healthier has finally answered my questions as to why I usually failed with using breath work to calm down. Also I love that it has such a variety of exercise plans customized for various needs from curing asthma to increasing athletic performance. And the fact that the exercises are every day callibrated for your BOLT score makes it easier to stick with the routine right for you personal needs.

I love the program - when the app actually opens. At least half the time it's just a black screen, no matter how long I wait. Hopefully it'll be more reliable very soon & I can add those last 2 stars. 🙂

The app was fine until a few days ago,now it crashes every time I try to access a breathing exercise. Now I can get it to work in the morning but when I try to use it in the evening to do a couple of the exercises the app won't even open up. Can't figure it out. I don't know what they did to it but I sure wish they would fix it

I absolutely love the app however there now seems to be a bug. Every time I try to do one of the daily exercises it keeps taking me back to the shortcut. Would have been 5 stars without the bug

These exercises and the knowledge that keeping my mouth closed and breathing totally through my nose at all times including sleep is genuinely changing my health, my psychology, and giving me great strength! I believe I have reduced lower back pain now and I can't remember the last time I felt I had a stiff back and I've only been doing this for a couple weeks. I have obstructive sleep apnea and I can't tell yet but I'm hoping that this will help me reduce the pressure that I use.

Best in class! I believe breathing properly changes my life everyday. This app helps me keeping at it. Very well built with in-depth knowledge and sleek UI. I hugely appreciate the music of 3rd party provider stays in the background! I would like to see the separation within Patrick's guidance to "overall" and just 'inhale-exhale' as sometimes they interfere with each other. Whilst it's very helpful in general, it may lead to the loss of breathing rhythm.
