I use it for work. I really really dislike the app. It freezes, sometimes the calls don't go through so you'll have to call (or try to call) multiple times. When I'm not working which isn't very often I still can't get away from it. There's no way to mute notifications without having to log out then back in. If you change the settings it changes everyone's. I leave my cell ringer off now ALL the time. So I miss family and friends phone calls. Very frustrating!! I wish I didn't have to use it!!

Relentless notifications. Yes, I missed a call. I go to dismiss the notification. Then it notifies me again. And again. And again. And again. Someone send me an IM. I acknowledge it. Then it notifies me again. And again. And again. Also, using a Bluetooth headset with the app doesn't work correctly. Were you guys rushed into developing this app because the development of it is amateur at best? Not recommended for personal or enterprise level. Go back to drawing board and get it right if you guys want to survive in this business. Edit: I thought it was impossible to make this application even worse than it already is but the most recent update definitely made this application more horrible. Can you guys get anything right? I'm pretty sure all the 5 star reviews here are the developers and engineers which doesn't surprise me at all. Because of where I work, I unfortunately have to have this installed on my phone which sucks because this app is probably the worst thing on Google play in any category.

Sometimes it breaks my ULM in that I get stuck in a login loop. In addition without a manual, I'm not sure what some of the options such as the Persistent Login do and how they're supposed to work. I also checked the site and couldn't find a manual there either. Aside from that the only other thing of particular annoyance is just having another "phone" service on my phone when it doesn't talk to the actual phone. Because of that I'll be in the middle of a call and it'll start ringing separately. Beyond all of that the app is fully functional for what the company I work with needs it for. It's just those two things that are slightly frustrating.

The app needs a lot of work. It constantly freezes when I use it, and I'm unable to answer calls correctly. I can hear the person calling, but they are unable to hear me, and I am not muted. This has happened on several separate instances. I use the app for work and it just complicates contact with clients instead of helping

Worst call center app ever, I have to reboot or reinstall every other call just for people to be able to hear me. This app will just not pick up the microphone after the first call. Go with someone else if you want a working product.

This app is essentially useless unless connected to one of the phones in office. Can rarely pick up calls and when I can hear the caller but they cannot hear me. Most recent I logged out to avoid calls during a vacation and have been unable to log back in.

App was great but now has a ton of glitches. Worst thing is when i try and use the app to make a call from my cell. The app starts making this ringing sound that won't stop unless you restart the phone. Havent been able to make a call through the app in a week.

Doesn't work consistently. Phone doesn't even ring, then I get alerts showing that I have missed calls. Terrible connectivity when answering calls. Drops calls or answers and then says "Reconnecting".
