This app is a good app and I did not experience the issues some others reported on a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. One suggestion: it would be nice if the app could open a maps app and navigate you back to your vehicle. If this is not possible, then display a message reminding the user to take a picture of the nearest intersection to know where the car is parked.

Truly y'all, what were you thinking? You had a perfect app last version and then someone decides it needs an update and bam...misery. It doesn't work. Locks up my entire phone, screen goes black, and a complete reboot is necessary and now I'm scrambling to find to obscurely hidden kiosk to pay. Took something good and made it a complete hassle. Government at its finest.

This app literally NEVER works. I select start a new session and the screen just go black. Whats the point of even advertising this app when it doesn't work. I saw the black screen had something to do with location services but I shouldn't need to give the app my location. It is a for Savannah parking so there is no reason for it to need my location turned on.

App is awful. You constantly have to reverify your phone number with a 6 digit verification code. Then on top of that the pin you made. Why not just the pin? Isn't that what it's for?? On top of that many times the app doesn't work. It loads super slow and if it's doing that it won't register your pin number. It'll just say "invalid" and you have to close and reopen the app and hope it's working this time. Longest it's taken me to buy parking space is 30 minutes. What a waste of my time.

Very misleading app. It is supposed to warn you when your session is about to subscribe. Apparently instead of keeping track inside the app instead, my suspicion is that it connects to a server and sometimes this connection is broken. The result is that the app doesn't warn you sometimes with the result that your session expires then after already paying for parking, they come along and charge you for over-staying. Very cool trick. I guess the City needs money to pay it's bills, right?

Ever since they updated from the old interface, the notifications for the app are glitchy. The parking timer notifications are impossible to get rid of, even long after the session has ended, and the only way to make the notification go away is to force stop the app. (Galaxy Note 8)

How do I turn off the loud chiming noise when I complete a payment? There is no need to have a loud noise play and sometimes when I'm adding more time to my parking place im in a quiet professional setting and the chime is embarrassing. Please disable the sound during payment. Also very annoying that it constantly makes me re-verify my phone number everytime I use it.

Its saying location is unavaible when I have my location turned on my phone. I tried on a different phone and sayed the same thing. Not sure if its a techincal issues but its extremly unrealable because of it. If i was able to give 0 stars I would.
