Terrible. Connections are unreliable but there's no indication when they stop. Same behavior on PC. Does not support multiple profiles on an Android device; if I have a work profile it won't connect both work and personal profiles at once. The bigger annoyance though is that it says "connected" whenever you've clicked the connect button but it only actually connects 40% of the time and always stops working within a couple of hours if not minutes while still reporting "connected."

Uses 11-12% cpu when not even in VPN connection. Has dumb notifications that mean nothing, so I blocked them. I just want the one when I am connected. The only way to really stop it is to log out, which a PITA. I use it for quick connections like time card entry, but no heavy use on the phone. On the PC the connections are sometimes unreliable.

Frequently, when I am connected to a VPN, I have zero internet connectivity. I have tried disconnecting my cellular service. I have tried disconnecting my Wi-Fi. I have tried restarting and reinstalling the app. Everything seems to not work. Only when I turn off the VPN does my internet connectivity restore to 100% reliability. There's something very wrong with how this app works on Pixel 6.

Most unreliable vpn service ever. If it is unable to connect then support will ask you to change protocol and many times that does not solve the problem as well. Many times it breaks when an update to the software is released

A complete garbage app, my employer company bought its subscription, and it's a garbage type app. Can't connect to its VPN protocol on a new Android phone which I bought for work. Will ask my employer to switch service. This app developers robbing people as well as well established companies by means of connection and advertisement.

Connection unstable. Even when I'm on vpn it randomly throws 403. Disconnected and tried to login and got device limit reached although I connected with the same device 5 minutes ago. Disaster

This does not work for Android phones and is required by my employer. It's very frustrating to talk to the Help chat and be told that they have known about the Android issue for MONTHS yet have no timeline to fix it.

Get your cr*p together Perimeter 81. Do you guys even use your own app? Sign in sucks, it hangs. Yes, before you ask, I've closed app, signed out, quit. Yes, we try different servers. Start testing outside of your network. Your engineers, solve the da*n problems. Also makes the phones slow. Don't reply back with "Call technical support". Test, retest, test again. You're smarter than this. Only desktop app keeps you in business. Aren't you embarrassed? Need a new CEO yet? Ping me.
