It is almost unusable. I tried with both android and ios. Sometimes it is not able to register without showing proper error messages. After trying multiple times and registering successfully, I was not able to see my physical examination result without seeing any error. No idea what is happening. The worst experience ever.

Quick appointment and lab results. It will be good if the apoointments inside the app can also be download to the phone calendar or linked to Google calendar. Also no notification for the upcoming appointment possible The most updated version sucks. You need to register your phone number multiple times that it borderlines annoying. Lab results are now even harder to look at as they are now in seperate cards. Appointment summary list is no where to be seen.......

Hugh privacy concerns, abysmal registration process are the things this app stand out. They ask for a lot of personal information and save information in their database even though the registration failed. You can't register again because your email was already used in the failed registration process earlier. I asked them to send my results via email when I went to checkup but they refused to comply with my request. Loading list of provinces took between two or three lifespan of normal human.

If asked to update, try uninstall first then install the app again. This worked for me. The app is user-friendly but do not provide much information. As client for a few years, please consider to upload historical health data for easy tracking.

Cannot open, application keeps asking to update to the newer version, but there's nothing to update.

I am strongly NOT recommend this app. It can't connect to the hospital as promoted, so I can't view my health check-up result. This app is probably an unfinished work.

Poor information. Nothing update and can't help patients or even hospital members. The developer should learn a lot before develop this idiot apps. The owner of this apps should clarify and update the information. So, it can be a usable apps not just useless scrap on anyone's phone.
