The App policy says to cancel a order, one should cancel it within 2 minutes, technically it's impossible, but then I was lucky that I did cancel my request within a minute, still they denied cancellation of my order, more worse, they didn't allowed modifications on order, it's like, once you paid, it's final, your money will never come back. support centre staffs just disconnect the call on your face. I AM LUCKY, ALL THIS HAPPENED IN MY FIRST ORDER.

I recently ordered the Veg Biryani from Box8, and it was a satisfying experience! The biryani was well-spiced, with a good balance of flavors and fresh vegetables. The portion size was generous, and the meal was delivered warm and on time. However, a little more raita could have enhanced the experience. Overall, Box8’s Veg Biryani is a great option for a quick and tasty meal.

I recently tried a meal from Box8 by Eat Club, and it was a delightful experience. The dal makhani was rich and creamy, perfectly spiced, making it a comforting dish. Paired with the soft paratha, it was an ideal combination. I also had the aloo dum roll, which featured a well-spiced potato filling wrapped in warm flatbread. The flavors were fantastic, though it could have used a bit more sauce for moisture. The generous portions and fresh ingredients made the meal even better.

Takes too long to deliver an order (usually 45-50 min for 1 km distance) and does not even shows correct order status and ETA in the app. The worst part is their customer support is kind of a fraud. For most queries chat bot will answer and call center waiting is also too long.

The food was disappointingly bland and arrived nearly an hour late, resulting in half of it being wasted. This initial experience with Box8 was extremely unsatisfactory, and I doubt I'll give them another chance. They urgently need to enhance their food quality, app functionality, and delivery punctuality.

The billing is very bad. I ordered 153 rupees item and not added anything extra, but without any delivery charges and other charges it was showing 219 and free delivery. on that amount I have to use a discount coupon.
