This app is so misleading. I got charged $90 TWICE for my birth control refill when I DID NOT WANT IT after I was notified, way too late, that my insurance no longer covered it. It is so easy to sign up for the birth control but after you don't want it, it is absolute HORRENDOUS figuring out how to stop paying and getting it. After this last charge I am deleting my addresses, my payment, and my account. If you do want birth control from this app then sure this is an extremely helpful resource.

This app really is good and has a fast turnaround time and the shipping/timing of my orders is always excellent. However, there seems to be a bug in the app where it shows all the dates on my receipts and NP/PA messages as being the same date. Which is incredibly frustrating and confusing. I always get emails that I have a new message but how am I supposed to know what my new message is? I can never be sure that I read it. Also, there's no way to make the message notifications go away.

I just dont like this. The app is easy to navigate but I feel a bit misled about the pricing. It said 30 dollars a pack and some states were as low as 20 dollars. It also said the lowest was a pack of 3. I took that to mean 30 dollars for 3 month supply. But no its actually 90 dollars. If that's the case, youd think they'd let you get 1 or 2 packs but no, it must be 3. They also don't accept insurance unless ur in Minnesota, so just use another site. They're much cheaper and take insurance

I love that the app is a thing, I've just had too many problems with finding what I am looking for when I log in. Things can't be seen or reviewed until PP actually sends you something. It wouldn't let me use it until I updated the app which I couldn't get to WiFi for and it automatically cancelled my prescription and I was left having to drive far away to get an emergency pack. But planned Parenthood is amazing, same with their staff. The technical support for this app is also great.

It was a little buggy after the update, but after a fresh install, it is back to working how it should. I work 70+ hours a week and don't have time to make medical appointments, this got my bc to me conveniently and discreetly in the mail, and all without having to take time off work to go in. They even sent some extras to make sure I was covered in the inbetween times for starting a new series, so thoughtful. I highly recommend this service to any woman who has big plans and very little time.

I've used this app twice now to refill my birth control prescription. Cheap, easy, and very well programmed. I haven't run into a bug, the notifications are discrete and let me know i have a message waiting. The clinicians I've been connected to are very professional and help answer questions I have. Very very happy PP has this as a service. Its been a great tool during the pandemic.

The app itself is pretty easy to use, I've been using it for birth control and uti meds a couple times and have never run into any issues. However, it used to only cost $25 for the "appointment" fee, and now it's $40. It's disappointing that I'm being charged more now, fortunately I'll get 9-12 months worth of birth control from this appointment but I use this app because I don't have health insurance, and I don't understand why they charge more for an online service that hasn't changed :(

It won't let you confirm text or email because it will constantly redirect you and send you new confirmation numbers. It won't let me book or even view any appointments because it just redirects me to a new window of the same exact content. You guys see how many low ratings this has and yet it's the only "way" to book an appointment. Obviously PP doesn't care, might as well stop funding this if they won't let us use it.
