Glitchy!!! Took an hr to get my closet connected. It would say closet connected but not show it. Had to uninstall and reinstall to my closet to show. Shared closet half way through and stopped working. I would click the button to share closet and I would get an error stating to wait 1 min for the system to apply changes and it never shared. Texted with customer service for them to tell me to unlink and relink my closet. Still does not work. Not worth the free 7 days, only had for 3 hrs.

Since the new update I'm just a bit overwhelmed and I can't get my crosslist account to connect. It's in the app but it says im not signed in to my crosslist account. I don't understand, it's all connected now. There is no where to sign in as my account is already attached and running through sidekick.

Really love having this app. Great tool for productivity. Needs a glitch fixed asap, as it started sharing my closet out of order on it's own, and the snapshot function isn't saving. Which makes me have to manually reset it up in correct order. No beuno. Otherwise, I would give it five stars.

Love the app,works great if you have great inventory .looks like i don't have many great items because I'm selling only ones in a while,also still learning how to use it at max ,it's been hard for me to use it.good luck give it a chance, everyone has different results.

Since combining Sidekick with Crosslisting and updating the app doesn't work well and won't allow crosslisting to other apps. It also has problems sending offers to customers. Causing losses in listing and sales. They have not been able to fix it.

This app has been a blessing for my business. Sales have been up since my subscription. There have been some glitches, but they have been working on them to get them cleared. Make sure you watch the videos that will help you set up the app and get your closet working for you. The automatic shows have helped me. Have a show a show or two a day and see if that helps with your sales.

Does a lot of sharing and relisting which I like. It does not crosslist and there's some kind of glitch with the silent shows regarding "credits" - though the Sidekick website says you only have to have a regular subscription to use this feature, I have the subscription and it still isn't working. I noticed a lot of traffic with the trial, but nothing crazy as far as sales. I've had the subscription for a day and made $145 so it paid for itself day one.

Randomly stopped working for 2 days and my trial is running out in 2 days Receiving so many emails that I cannot unsub from, as I already deleted my account. Just received a marketing email telling me why $30 a month is not too much. Yes IT IS! This app does not even help generate profit to cover that. Youve got to create tiers. $30 is waaay too much for a smaller closet, while one with 2000 items might make sense.
