I am rating two stars because I've reached out multiple times bc the PayPal I was using is closed and I already had one payment sent that they told me there was nothing they could do other than dispute the issue with PayPal which was pointless. I sent all the info pulse asked for and my email for PayPal still hasn't been changed and I have completed another task and submitted multiple referrals and I shouldn't miss out on money. I can update my rating once this is resolved.

Enjoyed a great focus group or two thorough those app. It's a little glitchy at times and I don't quite understand how it works beyond projects you're assigned to but, it's not the worst either. It does the job and that's ok with me.

I was suppose to get $25 for completing a study with them and I just completed another one for $20 and haven't got nothing. The first one was done a month ago. All they do is ignore messages in app and email.

I've done everything I needed to start recording for this app, and it keeps telling me I need to give it permission. I've done that too! And it's not allowing me to get passed that part.

I've done surveys with this company for awhile now, and it's legit. They're great to work with. I generally prefer to use the website on the computer over the app just because it's easier to use which is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5.
