This apps guides you to a training to be able to do 250 sit-ups in about two months or less, depending on your current level. With this training you'll likely build 6 pack abs that will impress your friends and dates.

First we asses your current level with a small test and then the app determines the schedule you have to follow to be able to reach the 250 sit-ups goal.
