Company will not let me withdraw my money. Have been in contact with support and they respond with irrwlevant answers. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. Im now down several hundred euro. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU WITHDRAW YOUR MONEY. Its been 2 weeks. Im no longer able to submit a report or email them, Im blocked on everything except the app itself, where I dont even have the option to withdraw. Scumbags

Very glitchy app. Often struggle to log in, casino games are very slow to load and sports betting is extremely glitchy

Can't play this anymore. Constantly getting location errors and won't let me login anymore. I've tried wifi, mobile data, uninstalling the app but getting nothing. Switching to something else. Trying to find a solution online, I see the location issue has been going on for years so not worth using this app if it's still not fixed

I had given this 3 stars jyst a couple of days ago because of it crashed a few times. But I persevered put another few quid on it the last few days. Yesterday was bad enough, but today has been a total joke. A few times even before I was even put at the table it crashed and wouldn't reconnect. I had to reinstall it, my chips, and money were gone. 5 minutes ago it happened while i was playing 3 tournaments at the same time, and doing quite well but when I got back on they were gone in only 5 mins

The app freezes alot when u open new games or a random chest pops up.Basically lags up or crashes ever so often Edit , from 2 stars to 0 if I could This app is absolutely dogsh*t , freezes up all the time u open anything. Just had it freeze on free spin making me tap the screen to try to fix it, when I reset app cause it wouldn't unfreeze I had 90c left cause when it was frozen it still rolled the machine making me do like 8-10 1$ spin on some casino game don't download this bs. Delete this bs.

They changed the odds from fraction to decimal, a while back. Can't change it back, even though there is a option to select fraction. I waited and hoped an update would fix it but still not. I refuse to use app again until this is sorted

Never have I seen so many bad beats unreal maybe I have no luck just or maybe robot just unreal I've tried it so many times and I'm a tight player. Stay clear. If I could give it zero stars I would. Started playing again and it's the same story, the more I play the more I believe that it must be bots on behalf of poker stars. It is just statisticly improbable I play good I lose I play bad I lose, so for that reason I deleted the app again. Stinks

Poor experience from first minute, couldn't transfer money. Sent me in loops eventually the following day talked to support, again another bad experience. Street a long time i could finally deposit and the games aren't great. Massively in favour for house with sitNgo, the poor and number of players vary. Nothing solid. App is slow at times, and if course my luck is shocking with the cards
