Very disappointed with the service. I scheduled a laundry pickup, but no one came. I tried calling the store multiple times—no one answered. When I contacted the Tumble Dry agent, I was given different stories each time. It was a frustrating and confusing experience. This was even before they collected the clothes—can’t imagine what the service would be like afterward. Would not recommend.

This was my second time using Tumbledry, and sadly, it was as disappointing as the first. Stains and spots were still visible, as if clothes were just rinsed and returned. Despite a bad first experience, I gave them another chance, but the quality was even worse. I won’t be using their services again. Though these are franchise outlets, the brand must ensure consistent quality. Giving 1 star. I suggest using another laundry service instead of Tumbledry.

I requested a pickup yesterday, no one showed up. Requested another today. No one showed up. No call, no text, no notification. Today i called the customer support and they are asking me to call the store manager directly. I asked him one question: then what is the point of using your app if I have to call him, bypassing your app. He disconnected the call. I'm guessing you are not legitimate.

Extremely poor service. During pickup they will mention there is a cap for minimum amount. No where in their app you will not be able to know. Quality of service: Extremely unprofessional they will only come when they want not when you booked. Even it might get delayed 1,2 weeks to pick up and deliver only..

(0 stars) Order No: T1299. I gave a light beige jacket for dry cleaning and received it back with light pink spots. After sharing photos, the store initially denied the issue. After sending it back for review, they returned the jacket claiming the color was now “uniform.” Unfortunately, the entire jacket had been turned light pink, except for the cuffs which stayed beige. The original color was completely lost, rendering the jacket unusable. Very poor handling and an unacceptable resolution.

Fraudsters! Don't give your clothes unless you wanna lose them. They've taken our clothes a week ago and haven't delivered it yet. I made the payment for cleaning the very next day. They said they'll deliver in 3 days. It's been 4 days past the delivery date. I'm tired of calling the customer care. They are saying they've escalated the issue from the past 2 days and that the respective store will call us back to schedule delivery. But none of that has happened. Store no given is invalid. Worst!

Worst service ever and too expensive. Not even worth a star. The person took his own time (3 weeks) to dry clean and on top of that they spoilt my wedding Sherwani. The color of the Sherwani faded and they are not even bothered or are accepting that the color faded even after showing them the actual color sample. I'm never gonna use this app again.

It was my first time that I had given my shoes for dry cleaning. 1. The app does not provide a real time update. 2. My order was delivered after a delay of 2 days. 3. My leather shoes were returned to me with water stains and after processing the shoes looked much dirtier and older than before. Not happy with the service at all
