Not sure what it's doing, no rewards. I've had it for over a month and it does nothing. I'm not gaining rewards or surveys as promised. "Easy rewards" is not true. I wanted this to work that's why I kept it installed for so long hoping it alerted me of some kind of something but nope. It's a waste of space on my phone. Sorry but removing =(

I'm on my second reality mine study now and so far both have been great. The app runs in the background and has no effect on my phone's performance. I get my monthly payments through ipsos without any issue. For anyone looking to download this: it only works if you've been invited into the study, and you have to allow full access permission. It is a voluntary tracking app, you're being paid to allow them to track your activity. If you don't allow tracking, don't expect to get paid.

Did receive my payout weeks after the trial had ended, but had no way of contacting them and had no communications from them. The experience could be massively improved.

Since I installed this on my phone, my phone doesn't work. I can click into an App or something and it completely shuts down.

Not sure what this app does exactly, but seems to work fine. No issues so far and had it installed a couple of weeks..

I installed this app as part of a paid online survey panel. For the first week, no problems. This morning, however, it turned my app lean Samsung S9 into a brick. It slowed everything down. I was not able to connect to the Internet at all. Both WiFi and 4G were inaccessible. I have had to wait 40minutes for device to respond. Now uninstalled. Its not worth the inconvenience.

Used through a study via GenerationLab, minimally intrusive and worked fine. Payouts are certainly delayed, but it worked well enough.

Hadn't affected my performance however it kept complaining that there was battery restrictions on it even after derestricting it and restricting it multiple times. Tried to reach out for support but there was no means of contact, no email no nothing. I appreciate the need for data for market research but this is having me on. You can't be out here begging for consumer data to improve your goods and services just to use methodology that even an IB student is smarter than to use.
