This is one problem with this otherwise great service. If you make a mistake in choosing the Redbox size and your package is too big, there is a system flaw. It cannot detect that ypu did not submit a shipment and assumes you placed your package inside. And there is no way to contact customer service and get your money back(you have to pay before shipping) or rectify the situation.

Thought this was a great idea for a service at first. But then I tried to order from noon, I got the delivery confirmation and the codes to retrieve my packages. None of them worked. I tried to contact customer services but they were useless and couldn't figure out what the problem was. I had to contact noon and they, thankfully, refunded my orders. Will never use this terrible service again. Better to just order to your home address instead.

Redbox is a game changer, you can receive package even if you don't have a national address. Very comfortable especially for foreigners working in Saudi Arabia.

Not a single locker is working worst service ever no location no real office Aramex and other are far better then this so cheap app n poor service

Very bad In giving deadline for shipment receiving every day I check my shipment status and everyday they replay that I will receive it today for 3 days and going on and the costumer service does not serve you at all.
