Awful. I had zero issues with Reef and now, I have a ticket because your app or kiosk is not allowing me to input my hours of being parked at the lot. I put in the hours I want to park there and the App doesn't go any further. I have messaged their help center at least 4 times regarding this. Please fix and yes I did all the things the told me to do. Irritated

The old REEF app works ok on my old phone. Since I downloaded this hangTag USA on my new cell phone, it's never worked. Now I have to carry 2 phones, and it's really annoying! Please fix the problem or make the old version available. Thanks!

Useless. Let me enter everything, then kept saying there was no card with that ID after letting me successfully set a card as a default. It's just as well, because if it had actually gone through I would have ended up paying $6 more than what it cost at the kiosk.

App just closes everytime you click the location box so you can even do the first step. Unbelievably bad. And now I have a parking ticket. The app worked fine when it was just REEF. hangTag is hot garbage and I hate you.

Incredibly inept application replacing a parking app that semi-worked. This worked for a month or 3, now crashes and does not stay alive long enough to add a manual input of location, since it remembers nothing.

This app is linked directly from the impark website and yet it doesn't even work. I tried everything. It spun to say it was charging my card and then nothing. I had to go down and pay at the machine. Also it's not at all intuitive and the map either works or it doesn't each time you try to put in your lot. Very frustrating experience. Hope I wasnt triple charged. And I guess all you can do is pay at the meter now??? What is the point of this app?

Worked (with difficulty and several reloads) exactly once, to park the car. Reopened app to add time; upon touching "add time" it froze and then logged me out. Have since been completely unable to log in using my *already active* account. Called support, who told me to uninstall and reinstall; did so three times, no success. Throws an error using my phone and email. I don't have another phone, so completely unable to manage parking now. Have to find a new garage; no way to do anything in app.

It's convenient, when it works. Half the time it logs me out and doesn't give an option to sign *in*, just sign up. And then it says I can't park until I update my information, but then it lets me park. And then I try to see previous parking sessions and it's a toss up whether or not the app will bug out and show nothing or whether it will actually show me the records.
