***Update app is still trash. Always gets stuck syncing. App freezes up and you have to close out and relog. App wont scan sometimes. Worst app in history. This app does absolutely nothing but crash. Company uses it to track walk through by gps location and barcode scanning. Every scan causes it to crash or time out and you have to log back in. Other times it has a loading screen after signing in or scanning and you have to force reset your device to get the app to close and then reopen it.

Crashes every time I try to start a tour. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared data and cache, and restarted my phone but nothing fixes the problem. Then it tells me I'm having login issues. Complete garbage.

Makin the job hard since 19 whatever.. the app is laggy and crashes after I capture media in my reports. Clients probably think I'm not doing my job and texting with how long it takes to do a simple patrol report.

The app does not function very well. It has long loading time, if you can load at all. I have recommended my work to stop using it and find another app that works correctly. Does not work on wifi or mobile data.

Android; we have started using this app for my part time job. It won't accept the url, and those who successfully get in with the url, will attempt to log in and get an error message that the server is not available. Seems more problematic than helpful.

Took a bit but got a hold of Support and Joshua was able to fixed the issue with Androids not logging in. App now working like it should again!

App sucks. It won't even let me log in even though my credentials are correct.

App did not work. The company uses active directory to authenticate and Omnigo couldnt figure out how to make that work with the app
