This app downloaded but froze while I attempted to register the iboomas chair. The actual chair is already NOT working correctly which is why that Chinese company wants me to control it from my phone instead of the main controller i-pad looking device and the armchair controls. This chair is only 6 hours after delivery and has never worked. Now they want me to make a video of the malfunction and send them proof of identity! I'm pretty sure that this has happened HUNDREDS OF TIMES.

app is not functional due to it ask to accept the terms and conditions and privacy policies and when u tap on it it does nothing so u can't even sign up to create account for the easpearl zero gravity massage chair to use with my phone.. Terrible product and also terrible app..
