This newer version of the app is working much smoother than the first edition. Still need to add the fundamentals of helpwise to the features though. Some improvements that should be implemented right away are: 1. bulk actions (ie, select multiple messages and bulk delete, close, assign, tag, spam etc.) 2. tags (since tags are essentially the only folder element we have, with having to implement folders, just bring in tags so that we can organize on the go. plus tags can trigger automations, so it would be nice to have some on the go automation via tags.) 3. Universal Inbox AND Zenbox experience!!! (to make this mobile app a true productivity tool, including the different consolidated views in the app would be greatly helpful!) 4. Overall "Quality of Life" improvements: - add the "add note" button to the bottom of messages in the outbound area below the reply button to be more consistent with the desktop app - allow toggle close on inboxes a possibly a better indication of unread messages before having to toggle open (or better yet, allow checkboxes to include or exclude messages in the stream, which could function like a universal inbox) - allow for selecting multiple messages, ideally by clicking image, similair to how the mainstream email clients, and bring up actions menu (related to the bulk selection feedback above) - allow for more customization (for example, brand colors, swipe actions. Other than that, I am pleased with the improvements! Look forward to seeing things further developed.

The UI is really great and very self explanatory. The app is very user friendly and it is easy to get used to it. Also having most of the communication channel synced at one place helps alot to focus on critical tasks. All in all its really good asset for entrepreneurs.

Just started to use this app with my Twilio phone number. The app doesn't give you the ability to sign in via Gmail like the site does so I had to reset my password. Also, why does it take such a long time to send an SMS/get data? Seems like some services need to be optimized. Still plan on using it for now. Still a great service overall.

Keeps crashing on Redmi Note 8 Pro especially when opening attachments. It doesn't show complete messages inside threads. It only shows partial messages (sometimes it shows complete messages sometimes it doesn't). Still needs stability improvement

Helpwise has a positive influence on the way I process communication. It allows me to aim for big goals & allows me to reach inbox zero. This is possible by allowing me to either respond immediately to a message, snooze it for a later reply or most importantly to me, easily delegate the message to another team member while still being able to follow the conversation. These features allow me to realistically manage multiple inboxes and ensure timely responses to all inbound communication.
