This app is a lot better than filling out observation cards and determining what areas need to be improved or focused on. Down side, it takes forever to upload / sync. I have not timed it but it feels like it take one second for each observation. Doesnt sound like much until you are waiting 5 mins for it to sync while watching your battery percentage drop.

App sucks, takes to much time to fill out and pay attention to my crew. Takes forever to update and load. All in all a water off time.
