I bought the app on Black Friday and have been locked out since. Someone was assisting me via email but I haven't heard back. I am upset I haven't been able to use the app.

I really do enjoy the app however about three days ago it stopped opening and I tried clearing the cache, uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it still won't open. I'm bummed that I've missed the last three days of content.

The content is okay, but support services are garbage. There is so much content and I could not get the Search feature to work, so it was basically unusable. Tech people kept copy-and-pasting the same "troubleshooting" suggestion to me, no matter how many times I said it wasn't working. I don't know if it's a bot or they just don't listen, but it was frustrating and a bit insulting. Turned me off of the whole app; don't even want it for the free parts.

I love this app. I love the journeys and daily exercises. I love that it's not pure pagan and more so based on self care and growth with a lot of witchiness if you choose to go that way. I use the app everyday for my journaling and self care and find it very beneficial to my mental health and spirituality. I haven't explored the community yet, but I will eventually. The app itself is a bit twitchy though. It occasionally loads endlessly or forgets about my premium subscription until a restart.

Quite expensive for basic material that can be found in a Google search. Also, it nickel and dimes you for purchases even after you have a paid subscription. Also, there are lots of bugs. After a page is opened, you can't go back to the previous page without closing and re-opening the app. Uninstalling, I'm not even waiting for my 7 free days to be up.

I have been enjoying this app for a while but, I am giving it a 3 because of a few things. Firat of all I have had this app for ~2 years and it does not hold my days I often open it to find 2 days when I have checked in all week. Another issue is that it was listed as free and it definitely is not. Email is flooded with options to pay more and Sub boxes are$$$🥺 Lastly notifications show up and don't work and it's difficult to navigate to the place of the event

After they fixed the bug where I couldn't even load the app, I decided to try this app again. From what I've seen of it, the free content is nice, but what would be helpful is knowing what is actually free and what would require a subscription or additional payments. It seems like 1 out of every 5 parts of this app was actually free. I would consider a membership if it included everything, but it seems like even with premium, you would have several additional purchases for guides and courses...

It's a great app, but the subscription is WAY too expensive for what they're offering!!! I don't know what to think about this. They're either not being cost effective, they're outright greedy, they overvalue their work, or they simply aren't in tune with realistic standards. A few articles a day with content that's convenient but not exclusive really is not worth $99 annual, sorry. Astrology, tarot, and numerology apps are cheaper, and even reading services with much more daily content.
