From my perspective and experience, this app subscription for a "personalised" plan was just a scam. The plan has the wrong gender, it is not possible to modify, and there is no support on it. A full refund of what I paid is only fair as I have not been able to make use of it, nor have I received any useful feedback from the support team.

trying for the first time and I was surprised by the first session and how well laid out the form was. I enjoyed the 3 videos prior to starting. that's something that is missed with a lot of exercise apps that I've used in the past. the layout of the exercises was great and very functional. I enjoyed the vibrating when it was time to squeeze and rest because if I chose to do this with my eyes closed, I wouldn't have to rely on watching the screen for the cues. very impressed and excited!

Misleading billing. I was charged outside of Google Play and couldn’t cancel through my subscriptions. Support was unresponsive despite multiple emails. Even after asking to cancel, I was billed again. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. This setup feels intentionally confusing. Be careful.

it does not seem to work on my phone. the purchased plan is nowhere to be found, clicking on the info does not work so if you want to have a look at what subscription you are on, you won't get there. neither to adjust/cancel. it does not seem to be very good overview to what lectures are in the plan either

The app itself is fine. I learned some great exercises and breathing techniques. However, I have been trying to cancel my subscription since early March and I am still being charged. I kept receiving automated responses from the customer service address. I finally received a response on May 9th asking me to provide screenshots of the charges on my account. I responded immediately but got another automated response. I am beyond frustrated! Canceling through Google should be adequate!

I showed my Booo this app and told him how I can do this exercise anywhere at any time. I'm still trying to think if (in awe) or (amazed with) is his best response to it! I would have never thought this app would be as motivating

BEWARE and STAY AWAY Fraud...and no one will help you cancel the subscription, so they can continue to charge you $40 a month. I emailed customer support numerous times with no reply back. BEWARE and Stay Away.

There is no way to unsubscribe. i sent several email but always an automatic email comes and describe how can unsubscribe from Iphon devices!!
