After updating the software now It doesn't even open. I'm trying to login to my account but it doesn't work. I tap on forget password so that new password can be generated and send it to my registered mail but I receive no mail. I have been trying to login past few days but it doesn't work. Please fix my issue.

unable to login, the app wont work. during lockdown the students have no other option to check their attendance but from here and this app is very useless at an important time.
