Terrible usage performance, always cannot locate and open gates, many are stuck at gates due to apps. Many are called customer service but no improvement and keep waiting in front of gate. Failure products

App ist very bugy, first it doesn't recognize my network and then can't connect over Wi-Fi. Multiple errors while i put my number in.. Then wants e-mail and password and again multiple errors. Now i dont know if I'm registered and i can't log in because again multiple errors. Also i didn't get e-mail if I'm registered or not. It seems im registered but clicking login button nothing happens. So yeah..

Good in general and very friendly support. Missing/wanted feature: Extend parking time by changing starting time. At the moment only endings time can be changed in app.
