Shiprocket is a convenient app that makes shipping easier for businesses. It lets you choose from different couriers, track shipments in real-time, and quickly create labels. While it generally works well, there can be occasional delays with couriers, and support could be faster. Overall, it's a great tool for simplifying++

Initially it was good. Lately, since the past few months the service is terrible. Shipments returned back without delivery attempts, false excess charges for weight discrepancies, no response to tickets, they just deduct the money from the wallet without any notice and then the customer service is extremely terrible too. They don't resolve any tickets and it's been frustrating. Please shiprocket do something. When we call customer care they disconnected the call. Rude behaviour.

As long as the app works you should be fine... But for anything that goes wrong they have zero support available... I have faced multiple issues and it's impossible to connect with the support team... Even for financial transactions errors they don't have a support team... Lost money because of their errors..

Shiprocket has been a nightmare.Their service is consistently unreliable, with frequent delays and package mishandling. The support team is unresponsive and unhelpful, offering no real solutions to the issues. Their app is buggy and crashes frequently, making it difficult to manage shipments. Avoid this app at all costs!

Cannot give a zero star hence giving one. Worst shipping experience ever... Please do not use this app or courier services for any of your shipments. They are either bound to be lost or will end up undelivered. Even after a month my shipments have not been delivered and the customer care agents are also not taking any action. There is no response to the email and no tracking for shippments that are lost. It's a genuine request not to use this service.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I submitted a return request over 45 days ago, yet I have not received my returned products. On top of that, the delivery was delayed beyond the promised timeframe. One customer service representative was assigned to my case, but she stopped responding to my calls and messages after initially providing support. It's incredibly frustrating, and Shiprocket needs to significantly improve its service and communication.

The service was good at the beginning a year back. Now the service is poor. Delay in pick and delay in delivery. And they don't have any control over the delays from their delivery partner and they have a standard reply template that our concern is elevated regd pick and delivery delay and wil be solved in next 24 hours. But nothing wil be solved from shoprocket side unless their delivery partners solve it from their side. Most of the time, shiprocket does not know what's actually is happening
