The service is good but the app keeps hanging when I am trying to book and that can be frustrating. Spent 20mins trying to get it open yesterday I am always facing the issue. You need to optimize your application. Seems you have more users than it can handle

First time using the platform and it wasn't a pleasant experience. First of all the vehicle wasn't cleaned. Secondly the bus broke down in the middle of 3MB with the driver struggling to replace the tire and afterwards the bus refused to start. Passengers in the vehicle had to push so the driver could jumpstart the bus. Now the air-conditioning has been turned off because the driver says the battery needs to charge for a bit. You guys need to sort out your SOP to remain relevant.

Displeased. Your team sent a notification about faulty vehicles 30 minutes after the trip was supposed to have started...waited over 1 hour, no provision was made. What's the point of using your service when I get home so late because the driver goes not use the fastest route.

Twice I've been disappointed with the service. When the money in my wallet is exhausted, I'll stop using shuttlers. The vehicle plate number was different from the one provided by shuttlers, very inconsistent and unreliable. I booked a vehicle and I was placed in another one for a different time. I was supposed to be on my way by 5:30am instead I found out from the driver the trip was scheduled for 6:30am. Very disappointing. I do not recommend.

The service is poor. How can I book a trip for 6:15 am, yet the driver isn't at the pick-up point by that time? As a passenger, I then have to take another bike to search for the driver. Does that make sense? how can a driver have a different pick up point from the designated pick up point on the app? Additionally, I booked a 5:30 pm trip and the driver showed up at 6 pm. I had to complain to customer care, who blamed traffic, but this happens with every 5:30 pm.

I just updated the app and the app is refusing to open. How am I Supposed to book a ride for tomorrow now?
