So the app is pretty good - one problem I have is that in the morning, the graph showing instantaneous PV string generation through the day (PV1, PV2, PV3) is showing the previous day's info, and since it doesn't let you set the graph display date to tomorrow, you can't see the current graph. By about midday here in Brisbane Australia the new (current) day appears. Time zone issue? It's important because we are evaluating the performance of the 3 strings - orientation, shading etc. Fix please?

The app is really nicely laid out and gives you loads of information, graphs, etc if you want it. Some aspects are a work in progress, and not all the functionality is there yet, though for a normal home solar / batteries / AC EV charger it's fine. I haven't used AI mode, see the Facebook group comments. The AI bot is not helpful as not accurately trained on the Sigenergy capability, though it can tell you about your favourite actor, i.e. like Chat GPT. I'd have put 3* but it's still improving.

This app is partially functional, therefore, unreliable. Some data is correct but it is therefore not trustworthy. E.g., I can see my system exporting and importing to/from the grid but in the reports, it tells me I exported and imported nothing.

Great app, but the monthly charts for November show no data after the 27th. I don't know if it's related to the daylight savings hour change that happened on the 27th

Really well laid out with nearly all the information you need. Looks much better than apps from other manufacturers. Can we get the battery temperature metric back please? EDIT: Battery Temperature is back thank you!

Nice system, nice stats but ZERO support, Doesn't bode well if anything serious should go wrong with it. I enteted my energy rate as £23 and not 23p for a week so my stats of what I have generated are off by £100s and will be for the life of the system. I have contacted them the 3 different ways they give to try and sort this but no reply. It's not a user changeable setting, not sure why.

It works fine overall, but there are some important features missing, such as configurable notifications when the battery l, production or consumption levels reach a certain point. Also, resetting the data of any given day of the tariff I entered was incorrect. And speaking of entering tariff, we should be able to edit the values instead of having to start all over again. The process to configure the time base mode could be improved, too, the parameters can be very obscure.
