Placed 2 orders through app. In one, the event was postponed & the date moved. Not a problem (according to the app) the tickets will update in the app - they havent. Attempting to contact Customer Services would try the patience of a saint. 1st, you are directed to a web-site that tells me exactly the same information I already know, then trying to free-type the issue isn't obvious. You are encouraged to add photos of your issue but don't seem to be able to add multiple photos & cant add l8r.

Easy to use app and they sure do keep you up to date with events you may like. I recommend downloading as it's easy access to tickets and saves time instead of searching email once at the door. They also have a section where you can retrieve tickets you have purchased and may have lost just a few simple steps where you enter date purchased, card details and date of purchase. Good app👍🏾

Very frustrating as assumes a Gmail address, bit outlook, so had to Pfaff about sending emails between accounts just to get logged in 🤬

Skiddle told me on the app I had to download that I had to pay them 13pounds for the parking at mambo Ibiza at mote park turns out they took everyone's money and I got a ticket of course no body wants to no .I was passed from pillow to post and had to pay it, and they deleted all evidence of this ,that's fraud on a high level a thousand people at a time ! Further more the price at the machine was 6pounds for the evening .I did contact events organiser like I said I was passed from one to other

Terrible. Ordered digital tickets which should appear in my email immediately. Took almost 3hrs from purchase time until the tix showed in email. Had to pay again at the door then refused a refund.

Used to love it, but glitchy and unreliable now. I get notifications about brands I follow adding new events but when I click the notification it just takes me to the app landing page, I can go into the "Following" tab but when I click on a brand the app just crahes out. Been happening for a week or two now on all brands, tried restarting and looked for app updates but there are none available. Also I've linked my Spotify numerous times, but it keeps prompting me to do it again.

Forced to download this app to use tickets. Can't download and display a pdf, like any other service, because skiddle so desperately wants your data. Hey skiddle, why do you need to know my GENDER to sell me a ticket? Awful, anti-consumer app that is getting deleted the instant I've used the ticket.

Frustratingly buggy. I installed it to save me completing ticket purchases on a mobile browser. Fails on several levels. Doesn't recognise my account. Disables my swipe (!) keyboard. Didn't find the gig I have open in the browser. Doesn't launch the app from browser. In the end I gave up. The browser page requires you to manually enter payment details rather than using cards saved via Google account. All seems very Micky Mouse tbh.
