The frame was working fine, although it only allowed photos for uploading from photos taken by my phone, not downloaded from messages. However, once there was an update on my phone, this app is no longer compatible. We called technical assistance and they were no help and said they would call us back after their "engineers" were consulted. That never happened. I would not recommend this.

A good app, when it works. It seems like every couple of updates I lose the ability to see the images I've uploaded to my frame and to add pictures, which renders the app pretty useless until they fix the bug. The app works great for uploading and managing pictures when I can see them

Terrible app, doesn't allow me to access albums, folders and the majority of my photos. Now it has blipped offline for no apparent reason and though the app is on my phone it says app isn't connected to any devices and all the info is gone. It appears I have to uninstall amd reinstall which makes zero sense and is very irritating. I think I could've designed a better app even with my limited knowledge of technology . Ugh.

So the app doesn't let you query your albums, you can't select from a specific album, it arranged your pictures in a random order. Good luck finding what you want. Make sure you take nice landscape shots, otherwise they won't look good. No option to log onto a PC to upload via a website. Photos do not automatically sync. there have to be better options than this

Okay picture frame. Terrible app. Want to ask a question using app but it wont let me submit unless I choose a device and no devices show up on list. App will no longer connect to device and I dont want to reset anything because initial setup was a nightmare. Not all my pictures from Google Photos show up in app list. Cant get help on any of this because Feedback option does not work (see above). Extremely frustrated at this point. If you have a choice look to another device...not Frametime.

Would NOT purchase again. Short sighted software. You are stuck scrolling through again and again wasting time. You can only upload 9 pictures at a time. After you upload them, you must re-scroll through all of your pictures again to get past the ones you have already uploaded. The software does not let you pick which album you want to choose your pictures from. It mashes them all together in one giant album with no way to keep track of where you have been.

Would return this if it hadn't been a gift my husband lost the receipt for. Not being able to upload photos from ALL the albums on my phone is a disappointment I can't get past. It only let's you choose from one folder, and only nine at a time, and you have to start all over at the beginning of the folder after each upload. I have six thousand photos on my phone probably. I am using Android, please, please fix this!

What they did is they basically took a very basic simple android application and put it in a photo frame. The settings say 50% of its storage is the system, I uploaded 10 photos and it was already up to like 65%. Very slow and sometimes what you do doesn't register on the screen.. You have to delete photos from the actual frame, doing so from the app didn't work. The frame itself is sturdy & looks good but feels like cheap plastic
