Have tried many times to sign up and create an account with no success. The app fails to send a verification code either by SMS or E-mail.

Installed the app and try to create an account and it just kicks me back to the registration screen. Tried 4 times and no luck. Created an account on the website but the two don't seem to be linked because the app still won't log in. Uninstalled.

Your coffee and other products are exceptional. However, your online app is extremely difficult to use when modifications need to be added from an older existing member account. That does not help!

Couldn't use the app. I tried numerous times to verify my phone number.. nothing. It said to contact support.. which there is no link to or guidance about. Guess I'll have to get my coffee the old fashioned way... by talking to people *cringe*

Love Balzac's coffee but hate this app. it is extremely difficult to redeem points in store. Since I installed Android 14, the app keeps crashing when I try to select Scan to pay for an in store purchase.

Can't even login: - Form to enter confirmation code is unresponsive - No messages, feedback, errors, suggestions, anything given when confirmation fails - Force-closing and trying to login again shows "Must confirm number" message without offering a chance to confirm it.

Had really bad experience with the last app and management that resulted in me not visiting Balzacs for a year or so..at the encouraging of current staff Im back and trying this new app...time will tell if this one keeps accurate count ..

Can't log in - keep getting kicked back to log in screen. Have reached out to developers twice with no response. App is unusable.
